Authentication
Ewake signs you in through your organisation’s identity provider. Which buttons you see on the login page depends on what was configured for your instance during onboarding:
Instances configured with no SSO connector show an email and password form instead. Most customers are set up with SSO, and we recommend it, sign-ins stay attributable to a person and access follows your existing identity provider when someone joins or leaves.
To add or change a provider on your instance, contact support@ewake.ai. It’s a configuration change on our side, not something you toggle in the dashboard.

Navigate to your instance
Open your ewake instance URL in your browser.

Choose your sign-in method
Click the provider your organisation uses, for example Continue with Google.

Select your account
Choose the account associated with your ewake workspace. You’ll be redirected to the ewake dashboard automatically.
You’re in. Proceed to connect your integrations.
